APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES:
If an appointment is scheduled to view the space there is a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled.

You will receive a 24 Hour confirmation text, email and phone call. If your appointment is not confirmed by you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment consider it canceled.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and there are last minute changes in schedules. So, if you can not make your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you call ahead of time as common courtesy to notify us.
